Behind Premier Aquatic Adventures is a passion for meaningful travel, unforgettable dive experiences, and genuine connections within the global diving community. Leading that vision is Ms. Marianne Rey, a Global Sales and Marketing Expert, dive travel professional, creative entrepreneur, and the proud owner of Knotty Ideas by ScubaXie.
Marianne brings together two things she loves most: helping people discover the beauty of the underwater world and creating meaningful opportunities that make a difference both in and out of the ocean. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for marine life, dive travel, culture, creativity, and the friendships built through shared adventures.
As the Global Sales and Marketing Expert for Premier Aquatic Adventures, Marianne works closely with divers, dive clubs, travel leaders, resorts, liveaboards, and industry partners to create memorable travel opportunities in some of the world’s best diving destinations.
Her goal is simple: to help divers experience more.
From tiger shark encounters in Fuvahmulah and whale shark adventures in South Ari Atoll, Maldives, to macro diving in Anilao, thresher shark diving in Malapascua, and reef exploration in Puerto Galera, Marianne helps travelers find dive experiences that match their interests and dreams.
She understands that every diver has a different goal. Some are planning their first international dive trip, while others are looking for rare marine life, luxury liveaboard adventures, underwater photography opportunities, or a destination that feels like a second home.
Through Premier Aquatic Adventures, Marianne helps turn those ideas into well-planned, enjoyable, and unforgettable journeys.
For Marianne, dive travel is not only about booking flights, resorts, and dive packages. It is about creating experiences that stay with people long after they return home.
A dive trip can mean seeing a whale shark for the first time, celebrating a milestone underwater, sharing a dive boat with new friends, learning about a new culture, or finding peace beneath the waves.
Her approach is warm, hands-on, and focused on personalized service. From the first inquiry through the final dive, Marianne works to ensure that guests feel supported, informed, and excited about their adventure.
Marianne’s love for the ocean also comes to life through Knotty Ideas by ScubaXie, her handmade crochet brand inspired by the colorful and fascinating creatures of the sea. From sea slugs, frogfish, turtles, whale sharks, manta rays, octopus, and seahorses to divers and other ocean-inspired designs, each creation is made with love, imagination, and a true appreciation for marine life. Knotty Ideas by ScubaXie is more than a crochet business. It is a celebration of the ocean and the creatures that make diving so special. Every handmade item gives divers, travelers, collectors, and ocean lovers a way to bring a piece of their underwater memories home.
The brand has become a favorite among dive shops, resorts, gift stores, and marine-life enthusiasts looking for unique, colorful, and meaningful handmade gifts.
Marianne’s work is also rooted in a strong desire to give back to her community.
She is a Director of Help a Child Project, an initiative dedicated to supporting children in need and helping create brighter opportunities for their future. Through this project, Marianne sponsors children at Tambong Elementary School, located in her hometown. Through the success of Premier Aquatic Adventures and Knotty Ideas by ScubaXie, Marianne is able to combine business with purpose—helping divers explore the world while also helping children in her community grow, learn, and dream bigger.
Marianne Rey’s work reflects her belief that the ocean has the power to inspire people, while kindness has the power to change lives.
Through Premier Aquatic Adventures, she helps divers explore extraordinary destinations. Through Knotty Ideas by ScubaXie, she brings ocean life into handmade creations. Through Help a Child Project, she helps provide support and hope for children in her hometown.
Whether you are planning your next dive holiday, organizing a group trip, looking for an ocean-inspired handmade gift, or supporting a business that gives back, Marianne is dedicated to making every experience meaningful.
With her expertise in global sales and marketing, her passion for dive travel, her creativity as the owner of Knotty Ideas by ScubaXie, and her dedication as a Director of Help a Child Project, Ms. Marianne Rey continues to connect adventure, creativity, and purpose.

At Premier Aquatic Adventures, we believe that some of the most inspiring careers begin with a simple love for the ocean. For Lily Margaret Villarosa, that passion first came to life through mermaiding and eventually led her to become a trained Divemaster and the company’s Diving Coordinator for the Philippines Market.
Where Her Ocean Journey Began
Lily’s connection with the water began as a mermaid. Through mermaiding, she learned how to move comfortably and gracefully underwater while developing greater confidence, breath control, and respect for the marine environment.
What started as a creative and exciting activity soon became something deeper. Her time in the water inspired her to discover more about the diving world and encouraged her to take the next step in her underwater journey.
Taking the Divemaster Course
Driven by her growing passion for the ocean, Lily decided to pursue professional dive training by taking a Divemaster course.
The training challenged her to strengthen her diving abilities, improve her underwater awareness, assist other divers, and understand the importance of safety, responsibility, and teamwork. Becoming a Divemaster was an important milestone that transformed her enthusiasm for the ocean into professional knowledge and experience.
Her journey shows that growth in diving is not only about earning a certification. It is also about building confidence, learning how to support others, and becoming a responsible ambassador for the underwater world.
A New Role as Diving Coordinator
Today, Lily serves as the Diving Coordinator for the Philippines Market and Divemaster at Premier Aquatic Adventures.
In her role, she helps coordinate diving trips, communicate with guests and local partners, and support the organization of smooth and enjoyable dive experiences throughout the Philippines. Her firsthand knowledge as a diver allows her to better understand the needs of guests, from preparing for a trip to making sure important arrangements are properly coordinated.
Her friendly personality, passion for diving, and dedication to helping others make her a valuable part of the Premier Aquatic Adventures team.
Inspiring Others to Follow Their Passion
Lily’s story is a beautiful example of how one ocean experience can open the door to an entirely new career. From mermaiding to professional dive training and now coordinating diving adventures, she continues to grow while helping others experience the beauty of the Philippines beneath the surface.
Her journey reminds us that it is never too late to follow a passion, learn new skills, and turn a love for the ocean into meaningful work.
We are proud to welcome Lily Margaret Villarosa as part of the Premier Aquatic Adventures family and look forward to seeing her continue to inspire divers and ocean lovers from around the world.
